Laneway Survey

Homeowners can get up to $40,000 towards building an affordable rental suite (secondary suite or laneway home) on their property through BC Housing’s ‘Secondary Suite Incentive Program‘. The $40K is in the form of a forgivable loan that requires the homeowner to rent the suite out at a (proscribed) affordable rate for five years. We invite you to complete this short survey.
